On-campus housing

After you've been admitted to UMKC, students can sign the contract for on-campus housing. The earlier you sign the contract, the better your chances of being assigned your preferred housing option.

FAFSA Priority Deadline

You may complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) any time during the year, but to receive the maximum amount of financial aid and awards for which you're eligible you must apply by February 1. The upcoming 2025-2026 FAFSA will be open to all students December 1.

First-time college students

Fall priority application

Apply for admission, i ncluding submitting official high school transcripts and ACT or SAT scores, to be considered for automatic scholarships.

Feb. 9

Graduate fellowships

Apply for a competitive fellowship to pursue your advanced studies without teaching or research responsibilities.

Fall priority application

Apply for admission, i ncluding submitting official transcripts from all colleges with completed and attempted coursework, to be considered for automatic scholarships.
